| Like the cows in Chicago and the pigs in
Seattle The Museum of Art in Fort Lauderdale has commissioned a sailfish to be
displayed in different parts of the City during the months of December, January
and February. Later it will be auctioned and all proceeds will go to the museum.
The Fish which I designed was sponsored by Publix Supermarkets Charities and these are the pictures of the
fish in progress. The project was fun and challenging as you can see by the
pictures. On February 2004 , "Tutti-fruity" as I named him was sold to a private
collector and traveled to New Jersey, all the proceeds from the
sale went to the Museum of Art in Ft Lauderdale. |
